Another packed week of Bitcoin meetups is ahead, with 15 events across various locations around the country.
Bridge2Bitcoin will be driving Bitcoin adoption at the Hospitality Tech Expo, Boom Bap Burger is launching its new ‘Bitcoin Tuesdays,’ and a fresh new mini-conference has been added to the ‘upcoming events’ section for November.

Dundee Bitcoin: Join them on the 2nd Monday of every month from 5:30 to 8:30 PM at The Wine Press, 16 Shore Terrace, Dundee DD1 3DN. This month’s meetup is on Monday, 14th October. 🍻
Bridge2Bitcoin at the Hospitality Tech Expo: Join Bridge2Bitcoin as they once again take on the normie world at the Hospitality Tech Expo at London’s ExCel. They’ll be there all day on Tuesday, the 15th, and Wednesday, the 16th; entry is free. Use this opportunity to learn how to talk to businesses about the benefits of accepting Bitcoin, or just come along for a chat with some fellow Bitcoiners. Find them at stand G45. Afterwards, they’ll all be heading to Boom Bap Burger.
Bitcoin Tuesday - Launch party at Boom Bap Burger - Bethnal Green: Since adopting Bitcoin at their Tooting branch, Boom Bap Burger has dived head-first into the Bitcoin community. To celebrate, they’re launching a two-for-one deal on burgers every Tuesday, starting with a launch party this Tuesday, the 15th. BWest 2024 - Grassroots Finance Unconference: An exciting new mini-conference in Bristol on Saturday, November 16th. A day of discussions and workshops centred around Bitcoin and the freedom movement. Featuring a lineup of speakers, including Carlos Massiah on using open-source Bitcoin tools, Nathan Day exploring BTCmap.org communities, and Ben Arc on the Maker Renaissance through free Nostr webstores. Other thought-provoking talks include Daniel Prince on the ethics of money creation, Susie Violet Ward’s “BBC vs. Bitcoin,” and more. Enjoy market stalls, a DJ set, food and drink, and an afterparty to close the day. The day kicks off at 10 AM till 5 PM at Hamilton House, Stokes Croft, Bristol. Early bird tickets are just £20.
