Is 100k Bitcoin in US dollars finally here?!
We’re so close—this could be the week we hit it.
For a 100k GBP celebration, there’s still a bit further to go ($125,321 currently equals £100,000). But that won’t stop many in the UK from celebrating this milestone. There are nine potential Bitcoin 100k parties/meetups lined up this week!

Leamington Spa: Meetups on the last Tuesday of each month at 7 PM. You’ll find them this month at the White Horse, CV32 5PZ on the 26th. 🍻

Post Market, Balham - Bitcoin Launch Party: If you thought Tooting Market would be a one-off think again. Balham market is poised to be the next Bitcoin hotspot in London and this launch event will give you a taste of the great potential of this location. Brighton Bitcoin: Building a bitcoin community in the Brighton & Hove area. A regular informal meetup happens every last Wednesday of the month at Indian Summer where they accept bitcoin payments. The meetup starts at 20:00, or 19:00 if you’d like to eat first; on the 27th. 🥘🍻
Manchester Bitcoin: The Manchester crew will be at The Smithfield Market Tavern, 7pm on Thursday the 28th. 🍺
Berkshire Bitcoiners: Thursday, 28th November, at 7.00 pm, at the Volunteer, Church St, Theale, Reading RG7 5BX. Visitors from other meet-ups and those who want to learn more about Bitcoin are always welcome. 🍻
The Satoshi Society - Southampton: Join a friendly group of bitcoiners at The Maritimo Lounge, Ocean Village, SO14 3LG on Friday 29th November for food and a Bitcoin chat. 🍻
Bitcoin Walk - Edinburgh: Every Saturday they walk around Arthur’s Seat in this historic city. Join them at 12 pm to chat about all things Bitcoin and keep fit. 🚶🏻♀️🚶♂️🚶
Leeds Bitcoin Network: The first Sunday of every month the Leeds Bitcoin Network meet at the Global Tribe Cafe, LS1 6LG kat 1 PM. This one is on the 1st of December. ☕️

This event isn’t happening this week, but it’s important to add to your calendar now as tickets are selling fast.
Bitcoin Surrey & Berkshire Bitcoiners: A joint Christmas Dinner and 100k Party on Tuesday, 17th December, at Yiayias at The Fox (GU10 3PH). Dinner starts at 19:30, featuring award-winning Greek cuisine and the option of a Festive Meze or a Traditional Christmas menu. Kirit Magic will perform exclusive Bitcoin-themed close-up magic at 18:00. Tickets are £35 per person, with a £15 deposit required by 10th December via the Lightning Network. The venue accepts Bitcoin for drinks and dinner balances, so bring your Lightning wallet. Free parking is available, and kids are welcome.
