Upcoming Bitcoin Meetups
Happening this week…
Canterbury Bitcoin: Meeting this month at the Millers Arms in Canterbury at 7 PM on Tuesday the 3rd of December. An informal meetup to discuss Bitcoin and chat.
Belfast Bitcoin: Join them on Tuesday the 3rd December, 8pm. These guys meet in person monthly on the first Tuesday of each month at Ormeau Baths Event Space, 18 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS, Northern Ireland.
Women of Bitcoin: Christmas get-together at 133 Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EA. 18:00 on Wednesday the 4th. No tickets needed, just show up.
Dublin Bitcoiners: A Bitcoin meetup at Dogpatch Labs, Dublin on December 5th at 18:00 - 23:00.
Lincolnshire Bitcoin: This month Lincolnshire Bitcoin will be meeting on Thursday the 5th rather than the usual Tuesday, at 7:30 PM in the Treaty of Commerce, Lincoln. Open to all, from OG’s to newcomers.
Bitcoinology: An event hosted at Cyphermunk House entitled ‘Bitcoin is a Contemporary Philosopher’s Stone’. Enter the building at the new entrance, 9 John Street. 18:30 - 20:30 on December 6th.
Bitcoin Walk - Edinburgh: Every Saturday they walk around Arthur’s Seat in this historic city. Join them at 12 pm to chat about all things Bitcoin and keep fit.
Real Bedford - Home Game: Peter MacCormack’s boys are at home this Saturday playing Berkhamstead. Join them for a 3pm kickoff.
Bitcoin Derby: On Saturday the 7th December Bitcoin Derby will be at Silver Ghost DE24 0HF at 15:00.
Upcoming Special Events
This event isn’t happening this week, but it’s important to add to your calendar now as tickets are selling fast.
Bitcoin Surrey & Berkshire Bitcoiners: A joint Christmas Dinner and 100k Party on Tuesday, 17th December, at Yiayias at The Fox (GU10 3PH). Dinner starts at 19:30, featuring award-winning Greek cuisine and the option of a Festive Meze or a Traditional Christmas menu. Kirit Magic will perform exclusive Bitcoin-themed close-up magic at 18:00. Tickets are £35 per person, with a £15 deposit required by 10th December via the Lightning Network. The venue accepts Bitcoin for drinks and dinner balances, so bring your Lightning wallet. Free parking is available, and kids are welcome.
