Amos Ben-Dor’s Duchenne Dash Challenge
Amos Ben-Dor is excited to announce that in May he will be participating in the Duchenne Dash, a challenging 300km cycling event from London to Paris in just 24 hours. Organized by Duchenne UK, this ride raises funds for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a condition causing progressive muscle deterioration, with affected individuals typically living only into their 20s or 30s. Donations are vital to support research and treatment development for DMD.
In addition to his JustGiving page, Amos Ben-Dor has set up a Bitcoin Lightning address—amosduchennedash@walletofsatoshi.com—for those preferring to donate in Bitcoin. Bridge2Bitcoin will assist in offering these donations to Duchenne UK, aiming to establish a sustainable Bitcoin donation system, supported by The Sustainable Society Trust for ongoing contributions. If this plan fails, Amos Ben-Dor will convert the Bitcoin donations to GBP for Duchenne UK.
Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated by Amos Ben-Dor and Duchenne UK in their fight against DMD.
